Log In to OnePe to Your Account

Once your restaurant account has been registered, you can log in to OnePe to access your restaurant management dashboard.

Step 1: Open the OnePe Login Page

Open the OnePe login page and select Login.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Details

Enter the credentials associated with your OnePe account, such as:

  1. Email address or registered login ID
  2. Password

Step 3: Log In

Select Login to access your OnePe account.

If your credentials are correct, you will be taken to your OnePe dashboard.

Step 4: Select Your Restaurant or Branch

If your account has access to multiple restaurants or branches, select the appropriate branch before starting your work.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option and follow the instructions to reset it.

Login Based on Your Role

Your access within OnePe may depend on your assigned role and permissions.

For example:

  1. Owner — Business overview and management
  2. Manager — Restaurant operations
  3. Captain/Waiter — Tables and orders
  4. Cashier — Billing and payments
  5. Kitchen Staff — KOT and kitchen operations
  6. Delivery Executive — Assigned deliveries

Only the features permitted for your account should be accessible to you.

Keep Your Account Secure

Never share your login credentials with other staff members.

Each staff member should ideally use their own OnePe account, allowing the restaurant to maintain better access control and accountability.
